This would have to be the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with! Would NOT recommend this company to anybody My father has terminal cancer (blood and bones) we ordered a chair from this place as urgent for my father as he is in constant pain. Chair measured and ordered - they said 6 week wait. After several phone calls from us we were lied to saying next week on more than one occasion. we waited 12 weeks!! Absolutely appalling! There are plenty of places that are SA manufactured please shop around and get everything in writing!!!! One is probably too much!! Such a shame they cant take honest reviews! Going into the store with my terminally ill father on the 8th of August with Jim from In Home Care (OT) to be measured up for a chair and actually having the chair delivered on the 7th NOVEMBER is NOT 5 weeks!!! Yes, the chair was ordered through a package with My Aged Care and on the 8th of AUGUST the package amount was $50 short but money accumulated weekly so that was a great excuse not to mention the ridiculous price of a chair that was not even made in SA!!! PSyour comment under my HONEST REVIEW.speaks for itself!!!

The Staff have been amazing, full of knowledge and have made my experience in picking the perfect chair for for my condition (MS). Jane was a pleasure on the phone whos phone manner made me feel like I was not another number. Bianca & Anna have been an absolute joy. .
