Good product but really bad service. First, they quoted wrong (I thought I did the right thing and pay the extra). Then they didn't supply the installer with enough product. Then there were several damaged planks that they have never come back and fixed, also, there were edging strips that weren't put on. Despite several calls to them. I paid in full for the product over a year ago, and they still haven't repaired anything.

Wanted a bamboo floor, talked to Michael, he promised measure and quote by installersnothing Went back, he promised to come himself because installers had been busy.didnt turn up. Tried to ring, no answering machine. Waited several weeks before finding another flooring solution. Sad but true Get your act together guys!

So, Me and my partner did a bunch of looking around and decided to go with bamboo flooring SA for our floors. We are really happy with how it turned out. The new flooring looks good with the old parts of our house, and they did a great job leveling everything out. Honestly, we' are pretty stoked the whole thing, and now our house looks way better than before. Definitely Highly recommend.

Can't wait for my new floors, Michael was very helpful. Review update. *DO NOT USE* ALEX OR PETER FOR YOUR INSTALL, they don't stand behind their workmanship. Empty promises, rushed job. So so disappointed, regardless of what made my floor seperate. Alex would not take my calls, finally with help from Michael we made plans for Alex to come and look at the problem. He did not even bother to show up. Then screening my calls all that day. I sincerely hope Michael, that you stop using this installer. He needs to be accountable for his business. I withdrew my complaint from business and consumer affairs. What's the point, Unfortunately we will have to pull the floor up and reinstall. *Large gaps, one that the skirting won't cover, creasing, peeking and separation and splitting of the tongue and groove. All bar 2 of the metal door cross overs popped off, still texta marks on the e boards. Pictures don't show the full extent. Frustration!!! Poor effort.
