    We have had our mortgage with Loan Ave since 2012. In that time I have always found them very responsive to any questions that I have. They have also helped me several times to get the best rate for my situation. Absolutely no regrets.

    Been with them for a few years now, incredibly poor customer service. As an example my accounts were inexplainably frozen on a Friday afternoon and had zero access to any of my accounts for the duration of the weekend as they don't even have any customer service outside of eastern standard business time. Things like this happen on a regular basis and upon finally talking to someone in their office which seems to only be a few people you are generally greeted with rude unhelpful comments amazingly trying to somehow shift the blame on to the customer.

    I have rung the bank at least 10 times over the last 6 months asking the same question. The responses I received from the tellers left me unsure and with an unresolved issue. Finally I gave it another try when clearly the last lady who spoke to me left me so disheartened that I wanted to leave the bank altogether. Today a lady called Monica helped me out and I am so grateful for her understanding. She answered my question which had been hovering over me for months. Thank you very much Monica you are an asset to the company, all the best.
