        Very disappointed. Had a Samsung washing machine about 5 years old. They charge $165 for the call out fee. Then the technician spent 15mins diagnosing the problem and then said they will need to purchase 2 pumps and a main circuit board, but he might not need to replace the pumps, and the main office would call with the prices. They couldnt fix it immediately! We had already waited 2weeks without a washing machine. I had to ring the main office the next day to speed up the process. They then said they would charge me for all parts even if they are not needed. Why cant they keep parts in stock. Poor service, poor communication and poor process.
