Ken Hall Plumbers

Had electrician come to my house last Monday to provide quote on work for a new kitchen. After spending almost an hour there was advised that I should expect quote by end of the week (was advised over phone that quotes are completed in 24 hours). When quote was not received I called the office only to be advised I should receive quote soon! Called back following Tuesday to then be told Manager is sick and quote should come at the end of week. I told them not bother, it's unreasonable to expect customers to wait 2 weeks just for a quote! Absolutely no communication during this process, has been a complete waste of time! I've used Ken Hall for both plumbing and electrical in the past but will not be doing so in the future.

Ken Hall plumbing completely let me down recently regarding my gas fire. Its a long sorry saga, bottom line is they have left me with no fire for winter. Now huddling around a gas filled radiator. I really thought I had found a good company here after having some minor electrical work done but alas no, the usual unreliable money grabbing useless tradies. I will go back to doing my own repairs. Alex cleaned our gutters. He was polite, professional and explained everything in detail. He took before and after pictures which rather shocked us as they had only been done a couple of years ago by another company. We were more than happy with his work and have asked Ken Hall to put us down for an annual inspection and clean.

I had bad experience with these guys charged over $300 per visit for leaking roof. First time silicone broken tile, second visit didn't know what the problem was!? Useless wouldn't recommend! Roof still leaking! Thanks guys as a working single mother can't be at home for visits!!! Maybe send workers that know what they are doing!?
