Customer service is not good at all. Long waiting due to not proper management.

Worse service ever. I couldn't expect this. Like i was told you will be next and you need to wait 10 minutes and i have waited 1 hour to just update my visa details. I mean seriously??? 1 hour. Never gonna come back. Long wait. No response.

8/10 times the ATM is out of order and Im then forced to drive out of my way to another branch to deposit money

Thank you Lauren Reed for your patience and proper assistance, after Mr Andrew kindly stated off course there is something wrong, and left us unattended many times without any leads when my friend who arrived Australia this afternoon was there to open his account.

Its a rare thing to discover a bank that genuinely cares about the people it serves and (CW)is that kind of bank. Andrew(branch manager) has always shown me kindness, respect, and a friendly smile. I faced so many difficulties in the beginning of my account opening. But he was always there to solve my every problem with a happy face.. thank u so much Andrew for all the help u have provided me.
