Had a running shoe fitting which I have never done before and discovered there is way more to picking a shoe than the colour and where your toes are. Totally worth making the time. It cost nothing other than buying a pair of shoes which I was doing anyway. And they are super comfy when running.

I received excellent advice from the staff at Sportitude regarding my Brookes trainers. Unfortunately, I experienced a torn calf during my first week of using them, but the team at Sportitude welcomed me back warmly and conducted a thorough run assessment. They recommended adjusting my running technique by bringing in my run gate and striking my inner foot more, as well as incorporating a 4mm heel rise. The results were amazing - I no longer experience any pain or injuries and feel fantastic. I told the staff at the store that they have earned a customer for life with their outstanding service and expertise.
