After visiting doctor Barnes you you feel very comfortable and relaxed and also full of optimism that you will get better if you've been I'll.

Aware I probably had a throat infection (had completely lost my voice) and needed antibiotics, I drove to the closest doctor at the Medical Centre as a walk-in. I was told it would be a 1 hour wait which was very reasonable. After 3 hours I asked how much longer and was told not long. Another hour later, the receptionist came to me to say they couldn't see me at all as they were so busy. There was one other patient in the room and all 4 doctors were on a lunch break together. I was getting worse by the minute and got very upset as it would have taken 2 minutes to get a prescription! The 3 receptionists shrugged their shoulders and I left. Realising a bit later that I could probably go to an online doctor (which I did, and had antibiotics 5 minutes later), I wondered why the receptionists couldn't have recommended this. Surely the shortage of GPs in Adelaide would make this a common problem. I suggest your medical centre has a training session for the staff about Telehealth, eScriptsonline and other options for patients in my situation. Thank you for your time. Regards, Lana Roark
