Be very careful on selecting this business to do a valuation, The lack of research and effort could leave you very dissapointed. My valuation with a less than 10min visit, no questions and it was not compared with any properties within my suburb, instead they used higher valued suburbs to over inflate the valuation to an unrealistic figure that no one will believe, the original build cost and the insurance value is almost 50% less than the valuation. Numerous real estate agencies and banks all have discredited the valuation and in comparison 2 other valuers were more than 25% under and closer to each other, clearly isolating the work of Mclean to be poorly researched and unrealistic. Dont waste your time or money there are better and more professional options. This was not a family court request I paid for this service and clearly wasted my time and money.
