        Should have read the reviews before wasting my time there. The reviews on the rude and aggressive female behind the counter are 100% accurate. She used strong words on me and refused to apologize. She even called the police (or pretended or called someone). I was happily waiting for police but instead a male turned up behind the counter. Then the female explained to the male on a raised voice and slam the table. After being calmed down by the male, the female finally apologized to me. Wasted time there.

        The lady at the counter has something absolutely wrong with her. She is aggressive and rude. Terrible sense of customer service. Asked her if there are any public toilets around and she laughed at me and told me that this is a decent area and no public toilets for people like me then asked her if there is coffee shop there are no toilets in a coffee shop too She has lost it. I went home to call and check if she has had a bad day, she advised me that i dont have a sense and humour and i asked her a totally weird and silly question.
