I couldnt be more happy with the nurses at Adelaide Dermatology Associates especially Annie. I go there for both cosmetic injections and laser treatments. They are super acknowledged and I leave every time very happy

Adelaide Dermatology Associates are the best in Adelaide. Dr Pearce, is incredible. Not only has she taken great care of my health for over 5 years, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. Dr. Pearce is always professional and compassionate. Its rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. All of the staff are great they are helpful, I highly recommend becoming her patient!

Very disappointed with my customer service experience this morning, arrived 15 minutes early for my 945am apt, took a seat in the newly renovated consulting area, in the hallway opposite my drs consulting room and empty reception desk and waited... At 955am called them to find out what was happening, dr had walked past me 4 times without any acknowledgement, response... Well did you let us know you were here? How do I do that? I was directed to a "reception room" a side office, only signage is a grey sign displayed 2m above ground level over the door, enter .. I've been here since 9.30... well how do we know if you don't let us know? Well it's all changed since I was here in December and when I called to confirm my apt was not given any instructions, well if you don't let us know you are here... almost no signage, empty reception desk? don't bother, Ill go elsewhere, so annoyed and disappointed
