Sales team is professional. Front end service is decent. Quality control with servicing however, is lacking. Doesn't inspire confidence that your car is taken care of.

After calling a number of Adelaide dealers with a malfunctioning infotainment unit in my Golf R we got into Mawson Lakes Volkswagen to assess the problem. I had the pleasure of meeting Sean Tolson, despite the unit having to be replaced Sean, was caring professional and very easy to deal with. He made me feel very comfortable, the part was ordered and we came back for the installation. Again Sean was there to greet us and make us feel comfortable. I didnt buy my car from this dealer and being from interstate had no idea what I was going to get and therefore had to lower my expectations, however thanks to Sean this process has been handled with great care and professionalism, and I couldnt be happier. I felt at all times like I was a customer of Mawson Lake and they obviously give five star attention to everyone. I have no hesitation recommending this business for customer service and care.
