        Crossfit Mawson Lakes is a fitness place with the most caring management and Staff. @Maple, @Lucas and @Chris all are amazing instructors. They are so professional and give there 100%. I have been to the bigger gyms in the past and this one is my favourite. I love that there are a variety of exercises that target those difficult muscle group and different levels of fitness. Keep up the good work. Highly recommend this gym!

        I've been with TRG for 8 weeks and throughout that time have found it to be a very fun and motivating gym. The coaches are always supportive and helpful in offering advice around technique or substitute exercises to support individuals, as well as being highly motivating and approachable.

        Amazing gym with the best coaches guaranteed to get you results. Workouts are always challenging but fun and the people at the gym are all friendly. Can recommend doing a challenge for great results! Highly recommend this gym! Not your average 24/7 gym and it's like having a PT at every session.
