Very tricky and dishonest. They guaranteed the bond refund for a fixed price. Then they only told me in the day of cleaning that wall cleaning was not included, which is essential for bond refund. As they promised me bond refund, who would bother to pay for extra service? Then they changed their words that they dont guarantee your bond they guarantee only what they have done, since they havent done walls so I had to pay extra for walls. The bond refund in beginning was completely misleading.

Do not use them, they will surprise you with their hidden charges and lies. Especially be careful if you book with them over the phone, because they will promise you something over the phone then change their words at the day of appointment, and you would have nothing in record.

Worst experience ever, I severely regret to hire vacate cleaning services yesterday. They didn't clean any door, windows, air conditioners, wardrobes, skirting, taps, entrance etc. Really disappointed and when I show my concern they start showing me the attitude and start giving my excuses. I have to spend 3+ hours by myself to clean the property cause they didn't left me with any other option. I will never recommend such team of non-professionals doesn't matter they said don't pay us !!
