BankSA Branch Golden Grove

Disappointing is the word I would describe this branch with the two blonde older ladies at the service counter. Every time I go in to get change for my store and I am served by them, I always get push back from them like it's a big hassle to exchange change. With attitude they ask 'DO YOU EVEN BANK WITH US' and when I reply yes we do, they look at me suspiciously and then proceed to give the change I require. But it doesn't stop there, when they look at what I require, if the amount does not match the bag amounts they have, they will always try and say 'Our bags don't have these amounts, they come in different amounts'. I don't care what amounts your bags come in, just give me the change I'm asking for! Just be happy that your branch is still open unlike Port Adelaide and be happy you still have a job in an actual bank!!

Sad that so many banks are closing down and many are losing their jobs and then you go in to a branch and the teller is rude for absolutely no reason to the point that she made me stutter and then continued to speak to me like I had two brain cells. She was an older lady with long hair & glasses, unfortunately couldnt see her name anywhere. Couldnt get out of there faster enough.
