All 3 of my children have been treated by Darren for orthodontics work 2 with braces and 1 with Sparks. Darren has great experience and knowledge and has been wonderful to deal with. Jules at reception has been a delight.

We recently started orthodontic treatment for our daughter and have had multiple visits to Dr. Townsend's clinic. From the very first visit, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel comfortable. Dr. Townsend has provided us with professional solutions and offered valuable suggestions for the necessary preparations, which have been incredibly helpful. The entire staff at the clinic is genuinely nice and kind. Whenever we have questions or concerns, they respond with great patience, providing detailed explanations and quick responses. And also, their thoughtfulness and attention to detail left a lasting impression on us. For example, during our last visit, it was raining heavily, and we arrived earlier than scheduled. Dr. Townsend and Julie kindly adjusted our appointment and efficiently managed the paperwork, then took the time to explain daily care instructions first, ensuring we were well-informed and minimizing any waiting time. We are sincerely grateful for the exceptional care we have received at Dr. Townsend's clinic.

Fabulous service - this is highly recommended - Dr Townsend is a true professional with great knowledge and makes his patients feel at ease. The location is very handy too with good parking.

Clear explanation of the orthodontic procedure. Uses modern scanners and a very custom made system for each person. Also a nice and friendly atmosphere which made me feel like I am well taken care of.
