        The man with the short grey hair and glasses who works here is so incredibly rude. Unbelievable that he can remain employed when he treats customer so terribly. Disgusting.

        There are some ladies that work here that are kind and very helpful. Some which are not. However there is one older man that works here and I witnessed him treating his colleges with disrespect. The lady serving me asked him kindly for some help, where he rolled his eyes at her, making it feel like it was too much trouble for him. He helped, but shook his head at her, spoke down to her and had a terrible facial expression. He made her feel stupid and overly uncomfortable, which made me feel very uncomfortable. He needs to go.

        Served by a white hair lady, bad attitude to customers. I hope she can learn how to do customer service properly. AU Post please do provide training for the staffs. She definitely needs one.
