Very rude and impatient lady, was evasive about potential price and refused to give any idea about value, unless I paid a fee for a quote. Guess Ill shop around more.

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Adelaide Exchange Jewellers recently, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. I was looking for a gold chain for a special gift, but was frustrated by the poor service and confusing pricing at other jewellery stores. I was reading the reviews on here on the car trip down prior to heading in to visit Adelaide Exchange down at Glenelg ... and yup, It was a quite similar experience as to what others had posted, from the moment you walking in, the security guard eye balling you down, to feeling belittled, I almost cried on my way out of there.. Wouldn't suggest going there, sorry
