My name is Glenn and I run a small business. My previous accountant had been a poor communicator, not proactive and painfully slow. I was constantly chasing him to get things done. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, they respond to questions promptly and help guide us at all times. When issues have arisen, Greg Sheridan has sorted them out painlessly which has been an enormous comfort.
