Nourish Osteopathy

I have seen many Osteos, Chiros and Physios etc and Elisabeth is one of the best. I had a friend who had chronic issues see her and she raved about the treatment and the outcome therefore I decided to go for my chronic issue. The treatment has been great and the service Elisabeth offers is also amazing. Highly recommend.

Elisabeth's treatments turned my pregnancy experience around! I was crying in bed night after night with SIJ pain (at 28 weeks), told by my specialist physiotherapist that would probably not get better until after baby was born. I also worked with two chiropractors, a remedial massage therapist at did prenatal yoga. It was only when I started working with Elisabeth that the pain dissipated (starting immediately), and after just a few treatments, completely disappeared. I am immensely grateful to her. I'm now 36 weeks and loving being pregnant!

Lis is an amazing Osteopath. I always feel so good after her treatment. She has treated me through my pregnancy and I feel so safe and cared for. Very professional and knows exactly what she's doing. Have and will continue recommending her to all my friends and family. Really good with babies too.

DVA: Consider going elsewhere. I approached the Nourish, having already had a referral from a GP in my home state. I advised the owner, Liz, of the above and indicated she could contact them to confirm. She skipped over this and proceeded to book me in. Some time later, Liz called me back to inform me that she would need a GP referral. I informed her that my GP referral is valid for some time, I believe 12 months - and again this could be confirmed via DVA, who have it, or my treating osteopath, who cited it and provided it on my behalf to DVA in the first instance. This conversation eventually broke down, with Liz indicating I wasn't willing to help. During the phone conversation she appear to become quite manic, I asked if she was okay, and if she needed a second because I couldn't rationally follow where she was leading the conversation. We ended the call with me agreeing to contact DVA/TMO for the referral, which I would make available to Liz. Some time later, from the same phone number, a gentleman indicated that Liz was not happy to maintain the booking, and referred me to another nearby osteo. He indicated that there had been problems with other DVA members whereby Nourish Osteopathy wasn't paid and something about a incident with a previous patient - however he stopped short of explaining what. Overall I found contacting Nourish to be a relatively decent waste of effort as it resulted in 2-3 further phone calls on my behalf, and as many from them in seeking to follow up information which I provided in the first conversation. Liz, whom I later learned was actually the owner and osteopath, came across to me as manic, to the point where I could hear laboured breathing on the phone. This in itself was off-putting enough for me to not wish to use her services.
