        Terrible service, the company is not answering emails. The shed is leaking and no one cares. It's only 12 months old, this is unaceptable. The first major rainfall and the roof is like a sieve.

        If possible, Id give 0 stars. Went directly to premises, spoke with salesperson Loui, provided all details for a huge shed. Loui, did all the right things - took notes and my details. Was informed will be given a quote on Monday, we visited on Wednesday. Well, Monday came, no correspondence. I called and was told that part of quote will be sent via email to me. Dont know whom he sent, if he sent as Loui lost my details on all accounts. Pointless contacting again, if they were professional enough, my details of everything would have been within his sight. Would I recommend, No. There are other industries to whom you can go to. We went elsewhere, where you are taken into consideration. Too bad Alpha, it is your loss on a $30k + job.
