        I have tried to ring reception 7 times over an hour .I get a recording then you hang up could you ask the patient to leave a message as there is a cold wind blowing at urr reception to patients

        Existing patient of Dr Altus, have been trying to make contact for the past 4 weeks. Have rang the Office 3 time's.Australia out of Ozempric, prescribed by Dr Altus as a result unmedicated for last 4 weeks. Have been trying to ascertain health ramifications/ plan B approach. Where's the patient duty of care in this situation .?? timo/ Ango.
