I must thank Dr James McLean for my very successful "reverse shoulder" surgery. At my initial visit he told me of the procedure, he supplied reading material and video of the surgery. Dr James McLean is a highly skilled and very busy surgeon but he still made time to keep myself and my stressed wife informed at all times. Dr James McLean and his very competent staff took all the stress away before, during and after surgery. Thank you all again. Dr.McLean is amazing. I highly recommend him. He has done an amazing job on my both hands. I did carpal tunnel release. He explained everything in detail what is gonna happen before my surgery and also what I'm going to expect after the surgery. Both my hands were really bad, I couldn't sleep in the night due to numbness and after the surgery I had immediate relief. Very happy with the outcome. Very good service pre and post operation. My whole experience with Dr McLean and his wonderful team with my shoulder reconstruction was professional right from reception to surgery and after. The post op care and procedures are top class and it is nice for a surgeon to have a decent sense of humour. I was constantly checked and made sure I was comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble, extremely understanding and I have no hesitation in giving a 5 star rating. Thanks to everyone on the team, I am now pain free. A world class team!!
