        Absolutely disgusting customer service! Was attacked the minute we walked in. He didn't take the time to listen to what we wanted. He told us he would educate us on flooring and that any other company we had been to are liars! He proceeded to scratch the sample floors with his keys extremely aggressively. When we asked him to stop he said he was trying to be helpful. We just left absolutely shocked by his behaviour!
