David Long provided an excellent pre examination of the property. He was contracted by my Principal agent and provides for sale renovations on an ongoing basis. The process from inspection, suggestions, quoting and follow up modifications was done in a professional, easy to follow, detailed and helpful way. Price I believe was consistent with the quality finish. Theres no doubt that the following resultant sale was influenced accordingly both in interest shown by prospective purchasers and in the final return. This was quite a lot higher than expected even by the agent. A productivity bonus was in place tied into the expected increased financial gain from the renovation. David made gentle suggestions to both enhance the sale based on his knowledge as a qualified agent himself whilst keeping the price down a bit in the process. This saving was able to be further utilised in a later noticed bathroom repair. I would highly recommend this service for any vendor looking to enhance a sale in a glowingly difficult climate to predict.

Just had my house repaired and painted for sale with this builder David Long. He and his workers were reliable and punctual and polite. He kept me updated on the progress, and made suggestions on what would look good or work better within my budget. I was on a tight timeline, and they even came in on weekends to get the work finished. Good tidy up afterwards. My faith in the building industry has been restored.

The transformation from a 1980's decor in the wet areas (bathroom, toilet, & laundry) was remarkable, bringing these areas into 2023 era. The kitchen cupboards, draws & panels were made to look like a brand new kitchen. I would recommend David's work 'Repair For Sale' to all wanting a professional 'NEW' home look. Doug & Kristine.

David is a multi skilled craftsman who has a great eye for what is required to turn your property around. The work he did to my property inside and out transformed it into something I never imagined. His kitchen and bathroom rejuvenation work is quite remarkable.
