Went to see DR J Wayte today at 8am , an appointment was booked a year ago. Only to be told it was canceled . I was told that they sent me a text on the 9th of february to tell me it was canceled & i should rebook . checked my phone and no text was ever received . A phone call or an email would have been better. I would have known not to waste my time & fuel cost for no reason . This would have been my 3rd year, I would have seen this doctor so it wasn't like I was a new client . totally unprofessional, very disappointed & will never go back & wouldn't recommend them to any one.

They are absolutely unreachable. Be prepared to listen to 20min of stock music and still no one is answering your important to us phone. Now I regret why I didnt book my follow up appointment with the receptionist back in October. Updates: I have been calling for 4 months since my last appointment with Dr Joyce Ma. This clinic doesnt seem to have a phone!!! Yet they only accept booking via call hah

I had the good fortune to be seen by the HIGHLY affable dermatological specialist Dr Gupta today. Her wonderful, friendly nature was a blessing under the circumstances, as I had a mole removed by my GP recently that turned out to be a malignant melanoma (skin cancer). Dr Gupta was so kind and caring at a time when I so desperately needed it. Quite simply one of the nicest people I have met in a long time, as well as a consummate professional who explained the path forward in a way that allowed me to leave without any doubts or unanswered questions swimming around in my mind. Believe me, when you hear the word "malignancy" from your doctor, you most likely will feel shocked and horrified, as well as your mind going places you never contemplated. You should be so lucky to find yourself under the care of Dr Gupta.
