I phoned to query some things in regards to a surgery. My phone call was answered by Veronica, who was kind, friendly and informative with my enquiry. I did not have to really ask any of the questions I had written down because it was all covered in the information I was provided. When I did have a question Veronica was friendly and supportive in helping me understand.

After breastfeeding 3 babies I decided to get breast augmentation to gain a bit of confidence back in my body post babies. I had surgery here about 10 years ago. On Dr Hamiltons recommendation I first had tear drop breast implants. Post surgery I had recurrent problems with them flipping over and looking deformed. I had to have a second surgery on my right breast as I was unable to flip it back into position. After the second surgery I continued to have problems with my implants flipping around and looking deformed. On complaining to Dr Hamilton he suggested I get the tear drop implants replaced with round implants. During this surgery Dr Hamilton nicked an artery in my chest left side. Because he had already completed my right breast he left that one under the muscle and placed the left breast over the muscle because he had damaged my artery on that side. I wasn't told an artery was nicked until days after when I rang complaining of chronic pain on my left chest. My breast do not look symmetrical. They are lopsided. My right breast looks round and my left breast sits lower and sags a bit. My initial surgery cost me $13,000 with following surgeries I paid the anaesthetist. I have not been happy with my breasts since having them done and never gained the body confidence I was initially looking for. I would like to get my implants replaced and repaired. I will be doing a lot of research before choosing my next surgeon.
