Platinum Designer Joinery

Bought a house with a PDJ installed 2021 kitchen and i cannot say how poorly thought out the layout is. There are many resources out there which recommend basic design principles - the depth of cupboards, the height of shelves, the minimum access across corner installs, where to place wine storage, how much space is needed around an island. NONE of these principles were followed. The kitchen is a nightmare to use. Looks pretty. Thats about it. Avoid this company.

They are not only worst logo designers, along with big fraud too. Ive paid to start of with, they it includes everything. After wasting my long time, they started to ask me another $380. So unprofessional and really rude customer service. Do not buy from them.

I recently bought a house that had a new kitchen installed by this company only a month of 2 before. I have some issues with the kitchen that I would like repaired and modified but now that have the money for the original purchase they cant be bothered with the small stuff. My Island draws are on a lean as they were never installed correctly and they dont close properly. I have made 5 appointments with this company owner and he has cancelled every time. Then he gives me the excuse he is busy coming up to Christmas, so no fixed cupboards, and I cant get the additions to my kitchen either. I would avoid this company if you want any after sales service at all. This company only wants the big jobs and big money. Terrible.

I am the original owner and designer of the kitchen that Mr Stephen Murphy left the very negative comments about. Frank from Platinum Designer Joinery is an outstanding Kitchen Designer and Manufacturer. I have used his company several times and he was at my new home this morning (yes on Easter) to measure for my new kitchen. He is extremely personable and listens to all your ideas and will always add his incredible design knowledge if he can see another way to make sure your kitchen is not only practical but a pleasure to work in. I never had ANY issues with my Island bench drawers as Mr Murphy incorrectly indicated. The kitchen was incredible and exactly as I had imagined it. I loved working in that kitchen and I know my new kitchen is going to be the same. Whether you need a small adjustment done or something larger, Frank is always available and always approachable. He is not ruled by the dollar as Mr Murphy indicated, as nothing is to big or too small for Frank and this I know from experience. I would recommend Frank and his amazing team to build your dream kitchen as it will be exactly what you envisaged and you will smile every time you walk into it.
