Well we received our keys last week and we cant be happier. The quality of the build is sensational. I would like to thank the team at Gasparin Homes for there great effort. I could write for hours on how happy my wife and I are with everything but this is a quick breakdown. Roger for his efforts in getting it done as quickly as possible especially with the Covid shortages( they imported timber from Germany!) Plus all the other headaches he had to deal with getting it built as supplies were impossible. Once the house is in lock up stage you get to hear from Loris and find out where attention to detail begins. He will keep a constant eye on the build making sure the tradies do it all properly. Simply an amazing person. And when you don't remember a colour scheme or tile you picked Kathy emails you with any information you request about the house. All the other staff and tradies for persevering with us as we visited and bothered them most days. Thank you. It is fantastic how we were given phone numbers of tradies and asked to come around to discuss any pitfalls or issues they could see. On our second day we scratched the door frame and were having people over next day the wife was upset so I rang the painter Francesco (simply an amazing painter) he was over that evening fixing it up! My wife is fussy with cleanliness, and my daughter made a bet of $50.00 that she would be cleaning the house and cupboards before we moved in. Well she lost the bet. Watching my best friend sign her contract 2 years ago and to date the house is not even at lock up stage has been a very troublesome experience. Today she recieved a letter stating "supplies and contractor shortages" as the reason for going beyond the contract time. A single mother, paying her mortgage and rent at the same time for 2 years when she was told 9 months is just appalling. I will be encouraging her to seek legal actions. Absolutely Disgusting!

Moved into our new house last week and are extremely happy with everything. Just under a year from slab for 2-storey is a very good outcome in the current tough construction industry. The quality, the supervision and attention to detail is extermely high. They always listened to us and accommodated our wants and needs. We did build a custom home and experienced a few changes during construction but everything was dealt with in a very quick and professional manner. Would build with them again and recommend to our friends. Services: Home building, Custom home design
