        We have recently refinanced our home loan from CBA to Westpac at Prospect Branch. Andrea has been very helpful from the start. She provided us with excellent customer service. We had very good interest rates. Everything was transparent. She responded to our emails promptly and clarified all our concerns. We also received the refinance cashback in 2 weeks as promised. Very happy customers. Thanks Andrea.
