        Saw Dr Mario Soteriou for the first time today. He was such a knowledgeable, professional, caring doctor. Explained everything so clearly and made sure my husband understood. Highly recommend him. Front staff were also excellent and helpful

        Seriously just less than 2 minutes of consultation and charging close to $80 and the gap was $37 Now I see why it's 2.5 star.

        This was once a great practice.It's changed hands and many of the old staff have left.Some of the new front office staff seem to think they can answer on behalf of doctors. Never had a cross word or a problem for 30 years going to this practice.Now people who have been going here for many many years are like strangers. Front office staff one in particular extremely condescending and outright rude. Such a shame for a once good practice
