They were the epitome of incompetence! We had to constantly call them or even worse go into the store as they never returned any calls. We were stood up twice waiting for David to show up to give us a quote! Absolutely useless and we are taking our money elsewhere. What a way to run a business!!

We have just purchased carpets for a whole home elsewhere after being treated very rudely by a woman here! I told her at least 5 times what I wanted, BUT NO, she wanted to sell me something else, she didn't even ask me how many rooms I was doing. So rude. Learn to listen to the customer.

Was not happy with the service provided by the store manager and would not recommend. Carpet was installed and paid in full with stains and streaks in sections. After contacting the store manager he inspected and promised a solution. 5 weeks of calling and leaving messages/emails to get an update, he has still not returned any calls or organised carpet replacement. Very dodgy and unprofessional

I only have great / glowing reviews for the entire team. Great customer service, product , instal and amazing turn around time . FIRST choice Flooring in my eyes . Thanks for all the help David and deannna !

Worse service ever!!!. I was shocked to find someone doesn't respect his word or promise. We were about to get new flooring for our house and went to David before Xmas and David came and took measurements and even gave us a price and says he will call back when he arrives at the shop. We didn't hear from him at all then it was Xmas holiday and he closed till the 10th of January. Then we try to call him and leave messages for him and no answer, we even ask if he wants the job or not and he didn't reply at all. Once we went to his workshop and we horn at the gate he came and said he was busy and today he will let us know exactly when he will do the job. Off course he didn't!!!. Then we send him message if he could supply the materials but he didn't respond. On the 21 of January after we went for a lot of shops to find a matching flooring boards to ours and find some, he sent a message with a price for the material and now we are trying to find someone to install!!. If David was honest and told us from the beginning he is not able to do it and waste our time chasing him we could if finish by now. I never post anything on google before but his behaviour forced me to do that and I told everything happened exactly. His price was good but the customer service was so bad and unrespectful and didn't even do the job. 23/1/2022
