Would love to rate a negative number. Every time I have gone into this branch they always contradict commbanks actual policies. Its happened 3 times in a row they insist on having people there to ID check with wet signature forms that people are actually already customers. Its garbage. They always have horrible customer service to boot. Every time I walk into another branch and get what I need done without fuss. They would rather just say no then process the actual forms. Good luck if you enter in the last hour of the day. They dont want to help. Go somewhere else. Golden grove village are so much better.

Worst customer service, the branch manageress doesn't know any manners, middle of the serving to the customer manageress asked the lady at the help desk to see her in backroom without excusing. Lending specialist doesn't have any positive vibe and punctuality and preparing for an appointment is nil. Weird branch.

Wanted to make a large volume transfer and was told to do it online or else they will charge to do it in branch. Then only found out theres an online $20000 daily limit. Poor customer service. Looks like branches will be closed down soon with this kind of service and non helpful suggestion

Today I visited the Campbelltown branch. The staff, especially Chrissy, Maria and Ophelia went above and beyond to assist me with my banking needs. They were friendly, professional and their service was outstanding. My time was limited due to work commitments and they were all willing to stay out of work hours to assist and ensure my banking needs were met. Special thanks to Chrissy, Maria and Ophelia. I am very grateful for all your assistance.
