Evolve Hearing Aid Specialists

After giving me a hearing aid trial in 2011, Evie fitted me with my first hearing aids in 2017, also advising I could have a claim for industrial hearing loss. At the time I thought it would be too difficult due to the passing of time. In 2022 I was convinced to get in touch with specialist lawyers, through Evie and they eventually enabled replacement aids at a nominal charge and further replacements every 5 years. When I returned to the audiologists I found that Evie had left, but I was fitted with upgraded aids. Not particularly impressed with them or the audilogists, I searched for Evie through social media in 2023 for a checkup. Not only did she find that I should have been fitted with a higher grade model, which she then organised, but that I was eligible for an Oticon TV adaptor, both at no charge. She then advised that I was also eligible for a refund of all my costs since 2017 including the doctors charges during the legal process. 1st phone contact was excellent. Very professional but with the added BONUS of brilliant communication skills in particular Evie Listened to my questions and answered them all. 2nd contact -Appointment. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Checking previous information and then doing them again to insure ACCURACY as a baseline to move forward. Evie is precise. Ive never in 10 years had testing of this quality. 3rd contact. My confidence and gratefulness for having found Evolve Hearing knows no bounds! Evie, in 2 visits, has corrected and educated me on issues that have been a plague to me for 3 years. Dont waste your time going anywhere else. Drive the extra distance for quality.

Evie has successfully researched Graham's compensation claim from 1988. Graham is now enjoying his second pair of hearing aids. Evie has given Graham a chance to rejoin the conversation in his world. Evie has been my preferred audiologist for many years now while she was the employee of a large chain of hearing service providers. Without exception her service has been wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble and she is innovative with solutions to any problem whether with programming, the device or getting the best benefit from a health fund. Now that she is working in her own business, Evolve Hearing Im sure Evie will be my audiologist always because of her can do approach. I wish her all the very best for the future.
