I asked these people to work on my xr5 turbo. They refused, swore at me and called me all sorts of names, I am going to contact a lawyer for abusive conduct from a business!!!!!!!!!! totally unacceptable. I wanted to mod my car not get verbally assaulted.

The stand alone best car service facility in the northern suburbs. My vehicle used to be my income and I wouldn't take it anywhere else. Now retired but my new car still goes to the same place. Friendly and professional service at very competitive prices.

Had a second hand turbo fitted 1/6/17 cost $1800. Almost a year and only 10,000kms later had a new turbo fitted 4/6/18. Cost again $1800 because last turbo did not last an acceptable time. 13/8/18 turbo gone again after only 8 weeks. This time told to scrap the 4wd not worth fixing. Everything was pulled out and left in the back. Luckily we found a decent mechanic who repaired the Jackeroo and has been running like a dream ever since. The 4wd has only 206,000 kms and Bill said we should scrap it. I think that his so called diesel mechanics need to go back to school. We tell all our friends who own 4wds to avoid Towlers. They may be great at non diesels but dont trust your turbos to them. The problem with our 4wd was no oil was getting to the turbo which they should have checked when fitting it. 20/1/23 4 1/2 years on. Jackeroo still going strong
