I walked in off the street as a non account, non tradie/cash customer and purchased a filtered tap system with a refrigerated chiller so not a cheap purchase and found out the tap didnt fit after fitting it, I asked for a refund or another model that fits and they couldnt offer a alternative or refund or even a credit. Sick with Bunnings better products better range better service.

Thank you very much for the help and parts I received today. As a mother to a young child and who is heavily pregnant, they helped enormously when I had issues with a leaking filter system. The staff were very friendly and accomodating on such short notice, giving great service and helpful advice.
