Found this guy (Rob) to be really knowledgeable and generous with his advice. Has helped me more on more than one occasion and didn't have too....Perhaps its in the way you ask? He deserves a good rating cheers Geoff

I took my pump here to be checked because it wasn't working and after inspecting it they told me that the pump was completely knackered the bearing were shot and the impeller was worn . that it would cost $1600 to repair. I only paid $1100 for it when new so I picked it up and took it elsewhere (they gave it back in pieces they weren't good enough to assemble it back together )this other place checked it for me and found the pump to be in good working order and after I explained what was happening they told me that the problem was in the pick up valve which they were good enough to fix for $20.00. So why would you go there for? Take my tip DON'T go there and save yourself a fortune as far as I'm concerned they don't know what they are doing.

I just called these guys about a warranty claim on a pump. They refused to deal with it as it was bought on-line (from a retailer with 5 stores interstate, not a low-cost warehouse). Apparently that makes all the difference because 'he calls the shots'. Anyway, I reported it to the manufacturer who was very helpful and gave me the details for a closer service centre anyway. If these guys won't service the products they represent I'm sure it won't be long before manufacturers prefer to avoid the reputation damage they cause!!! I will tell everyone I know never to go here, and all so he could feel superior about who I bought the pump from. He was a sad, little man, and he has my sympathy...
