Efficiency Jiu Jitsu & Fitness Academy

We have only just started here but everyone is lovely and so welcoming! My 4yr old is loving the kids jiu jitsu class, the teachers are very patient and make it fun for the kids! Definitely recommend giving it a try.

Highly recommended! Great teachers and great atmosphere.. my 2 children absolutely love going. Both Rob and Ben are dedicated and passionate about what they do and teach in a child friendly way which the kids love.

Kids loves to learn through play, they certainly develop new skills not only for self defense but to their own life! Amazing academy.

My boys have a great time at Efficiency Jiu Jitsu. Their skills and confidence improving each week. The lessons are lots of fun.

There is nothing that my two children (girl 9 and boy 7) look forward to more than their twice weekly Jiu Jitsu classes with Professor Ben and Coach Rob. Efficiency Jiu Jitsu Academy have taught my children to discover their strengths, identify, work and develop their weaknesses, learn to believe in themselves, it has increased their confidence and ability to focus. I have also noticed a change in their attitude, there is more respect and negotiation rather than throwing tantrums... and my children have only been attending since May 2019. As a parent I am totally committed to giving this fantastic Academy my full support. Ben and Rob have a fantastic ability to reach children of all ages, their patience and teachings is amazing. It has to be seen to be believed, us mums are often left in disbelief how quickly Ben and Rob are able to calm and refocus the children. Ben and Rob are great guys, they both are passionate with fantastic attitude towards children and the issues they face towards bullying. This is a welcoming, friendly and inclusive Academy where all are welcome, regardless of ability.
