Good food, poor customer service: I rate it with NO STARS. Waited for my breakfast for more than 45 minutes. They should have advised if some dishes take more time than others. No updates about my order during that time; I had to go to the counter to ask for it. Finally, I had to eat when I wasn't in my best mood for the delay and still had to pay full price.

Ive been here 3 times for brunch/lunch. Everyone Ive brought here have thoroughly enjoyed their meals. Staff are very friendly, polite, and approachable. The Asian Fusion menu is contemporary and trendy. Every dish has a wonderful balance of Asian and Western ingredients, flavours, and components. Some of them may even seem huh?? On paper but when it is presented, most dishes are pretty as a picture, or as the in-crowd would say - Instagrammable. And when you taste them, itll be like aaahhh, now that makes sense. Definitely give this cafe a go, I highly recommend.

MY partner and I came here for a quick coffee and wish we had stayed to try some of the food, the staff were very nice and we will definitely be coming back

The food was absolutely amazing and the friendly staff were fantastic at helping me navigate through the menu. Although it was busy they were still so accomodating to our table. Highly recommend the matcha pandan late and for any type of asian fusion lunches!

Feedback from a local, regular customer. Sorry guys, the foods great, but your service NEEDS to improve! This is not the first time either. Waited over 40 mins for our breakfast to come out while watching others seated after us get their food. I can accept mistakes and issues with the technology for taking orders, but not one of you seem to take any responsibility or offer something in return for poor service. A free coffee, a discount or something to take home costs next to nothing for the business, but says a lot to everyone that you actually care about your customers. I suggest you guys employ an experienced manager whos familiar with these basic principles and keeps their staff accountable.
