Worst experience ever. Surprised these guys are still operating. Bought a car at what I thought was a decent price only to pay the same amount in repairs. The vehicle broke down in less than a week of purchase and these guys were playing cat and mouse to avoid fixing the problem. Complete scammers as they did the same to a mate who bought a car from them a year after my experience (even when I told him not to). They will sell you a useless warranty that doesnt even cover the vital things that need fixing. They even have a dodgy and extremely rude mechanic they send their vehicles to (the mechanic needs a review of his own). Proceed with caution or you will have an expensive life changing experience you will never forget and not in a good way. Absolute Scammers! Wish I could give less than a star.

Purchased my 2014 Mazda 6 from Universal in December 2021. Six months later, the car is still as wonderful to drive as it was the day I purchased it! Steve made the entire process easy, opened up on a day they weren't normally open so I could view & test drive the car, and was easy & pleasant to deal with. While most car salespeople like to hover and talk the entire time you are checking out the car, Steve showed me to it and left me to check it out entirely - with no pressure or distraction. The price negotiation was easy, and I got the car I wanted for the money I had to spend. And even in the week after I took delivery when I had a small problem, one phone call and it was all sorted and taken care of - and since then, everything has been a breeze. Thanks for making the car buying experience pleasing and pressure free!
