Fantastic service! The van had everything we needed, clean and well maintained. Highly recommend. Ask for Mandy when booking, she was fantastic

My partner and I recently hired a Wicked campervan for 6 nights in Tasmania (Mystery Machine). I will start off by saying that the vehicle was mechanically sound and got us where we needed to go. That is the only nice thing I can say. In retrospect, it was a classic case of you get what you paid for which is not very much. - At pickup, the vehicle exterior was very dirty, dented and scratched. Petrol cap was broken and had to be taped shut. Car key was also covered in tape. Petrol tank was empty. Interior was relatively clean, but lots of dirty marks on ceiling. - Aircon was average and windscreen wipers barely worked. - The camper came with a fold out mattress and basic cooking utensils, including a very rusty gas cooker. Had to buy everything else from Kmart and Bunnings - sheets, pillows, table, chairs, gas canisters etc. - Prepaid for a camp table and chairs but they forgot to give it to us. They did refund us the $15 we paid for this, but it cost us more to buy the items elsewhere. - There are no screens on the windows, so be prepared to sleep with windows shut or buy a mosquito net. - The Mystery Machine is advertised as fitting 2-3 people, but it was cramped enough with the two of us. Would not book for 3. Overall, we do not recommend Wicked unless you absolutely cannot afford anything else. Camping in Tassie was great but the campervan was the worst part of the experience.

Very extremely overpriced, with additional hidden costs for to complete booking... additional insurance waiver required which you would think would be included at the price they are asking...was considering booking a van for and overnight trip but was quoted $340 for a very basic vehicle for overnight.
