        Had them in to re-furbish a concrete floor. Used the wrong sealer which resulted in half the floor delaminating and looking terrible. They didn't respond to me for months and then make up an excuse about why they won't fix it (difficult access). The timber floor they did was good. Not sure why they call themselves a concrete business.

        Finished product isnt that great, probably could have done better myself. Had to get them back as the top was wavey and couldnt hold a wine glass without it rocking. Edges are still uneven and lines not straight. Still some areas that are not polished enough and Ill have to get a tradie to smooth out the under sink areas so as I can get a sink installed. Im no expert so unfortunately I paid them before having a close look. For a $13k bench top I was expecting a professional finish. I love the look and hence the extra star. Live and learn I guess.
