        Id never done CrossFit before and joined the V2 Fit crew at Bowden 5 weeks postpartum. The coaches were so supportive and able to adjust the workouts to accommodate for my abilities and ensure my training was safe for my postpartum body. Now Im stronger than ever I love the workouts and even more I love the people and friends Ive made. V2 isnt just a gym its a community!

        Ive been training here for almost 1 year now and absolutely love it! Very knowledge coaches, great equipment & an awesome training program that caters to all fitness levels. I come from a history of playing team sports, so what I enjoy the most is the community of amazing people! You feel a part of a team and that is what keeps me coming back.
