I find this Chemist and all their staff to be super friendly, helpful and genuinely interested in my welfare. I never feel like I am being judged or talked down to which I have found at other places. Their prices are always reasonable and they have a good range. Always new products too which is also refreshing. Well done guys, keep it up.

Best experience I've ever had in a chemist! The staff here are so lovely & helpful, Colleen in particular went above and beyond to help find a missing prescription that was incorrectly faxed. Instead of turning me away, or giving a polite response regarding its status, she made multiple calls (where she was placed on hold), & continued serving customers (so they weren't waiting) in a manner that tended to make them light up. You can tell this is definitely a pharmacy for locals, where repeat folk are remembered, & staff genuinely care about their interactions with the community. Very impressed, thank you so much :-)

The pharmacists and staff are invariably cheerful, friendly, and remarkably patient. They are always helpful when we have problems; and have provided assistance, encouragement and wise advice over many years. Their support has given us confidence through difficult times. It is also a pleasure to wander around the shop. In addition to the normal lines found in a pharmacy, it always has a versatile selection of practical and tastefully-chosen merchandise. Gill and Paul

Pros: Great service, pharmacists attend to your needs, great location. Thing to be improved: Time management! Very long waiting time.
