National Pharmacies Optical Blackwood

The pharmacist is unhelpful and sometimes rude. Its as if she isnt there to help you or make your life easier but the other way around. Long wait time. Will not dispense medications if 3 days too early, because she can. Felt like a power trip. God forbid if you happen to be travelling or can easily get to pharmacy at a precise date. Your convenience is not relevant. I will not be using this pharmacy again an recommend seeking another one.

I've always found them to be great, but recently I didn't have a good experience. I had to pick up new prescriptions, and I had to discuss with the pharmacist through a plastic screen all of my private health information. Everyone waiting was listening. I think there should be somewhere this sort of private information can be discussed. I don't want my business spread all over Blackwood. It was very disappointing, and I felt very uncomfortable.

Great service. The pharmacy was able to locate a prescription elecronically (held at another pharmacy) and supply me with urgently required medication. Thanks for the excellent assistance. Recommended.

Katy was an absolute star signing me up as a member again, saving me more than the membership costs, just before closing. Great pharmacist, didnt get her name. C'mon guys let's leave some positive reviews instead of feeding on negativity :) Thanks again ladies!
