Jennie Howe Kinesiology Adelaide

I have just finished my third session with Jennie and I cannot recommend her enough! Ive had back and leg pain on going for 3 years and after trying every single type of physical therapy, acupuncture, swimming, chiro the list goes on.. I stumbled across kinesiology and Im so glad I did. Jennie specialises in cranial sacral therapy and after only 3 sessions with her, we have started undoing years of pain and joint restriction. The continual numbness Ive had on the sole of my foot is completely gone (this was just from one session) and the tightness in my calf is like jelly now. I am still speechless after each session as I cannot understand how she does it but the environment Jennie creates and her safe supported nature and extensive knowledge of the body allow you to unlock blockages emotionally and physically that have been stored for years in such a short amount of time. Im not one for writing reviews but needed to because if anyone else struggles with physical pain and cant get to the bottom of it, give Jennie a visit.

Kinesiology with Jennie works on all levels! With great kindness and wisdom, Jennie has helped me navigate health issues and chronic stress. Throughout the time we have worked together I have made significant break throughs in my physical health, emotional state, spiritual insights and mental clarity. This has shifted my life into alignment and impacted my whole family positively - my 3 year old son (who has also seen Jennie) has had big changes in emotional regulation, behavioural challenges and sleep. My husband has also seen Jennie, and found it is a wonderful way to work with deeper emotional and energetic areas that can be difficult to access through therapy alone. Would truly recommend Jennie for the whole family, and for all areas and stages of life!

I had a very good experience with Jennie. She help me first to regain my energie level with her very warm and attentive way. When I got a tropical virus, she really could help me to gain my energy back and support the healing process. Thanks a lot for all that, I can totally recommend her

Well what can I say, Jennie always addresses what my body needs when impacted by life's stresses. I always leave her consulting room feeling emotionally and energetically balanced. Recently, I sought her guidance in relation to a recruitment round. We worked on how my sub conscious was affecting my present state of mind. I learned a significant amount about myself and got off the table feeling lighter. Now I trust myself and live in the moment. I left feeling confident with a calmness knowing I had the answers. I highly recommend her nurturing practitioner methods if you are looking for a supportive healing environment.

I have been seeing Jennie semi regularly for just under a year now. It's her kind compassionate nature along with her impressive intuative healing abilities that keeps me coming back. She holds space for me to explore my emotional and physical blockages and get to their roots. I highly recommend her to anyone looking at improving their health.
