Previously 5 star. Staff are great. Management are now no longer accepting cash or monthly upfront cards payments , and cancelling bookings of you don't set up direct debit. They have also just recently removed the ability to login at any time of day to cancel the direct debit, they force you to ring up. Previously they've dialed out for hours and didn't return the call until the next day after leaving a message I'd like to cancel. 100% this is to get rolling cash from parents too busy and forgetting to cancel the direct debit. Just like gym memberships. What a pity that is a one way relationship here, not even allowed to pay in advance each month prior, when you used to be able to pay invoices received by email.
