A1 Flooring are a reliable and expert business. The team did a wonderful job removing the old, yellowing epoxy resin on my pine floor boards. They now have a fine surface finish and are better than new!

Brad and all the team @ A1 have been great to deal with, we are renovating a 1968 home and are carrying out the work in stages, A1 have accommodated this with little stress. Latest areas have been hallway and master bedroom, we have chosen to lime/white the timber to give the home a coastal feel and the floors are better than expected. The floors have been almost preserved under multiple layers of linoleum and carpet so some back breaking efforts to get them ready however a very gratifying project. Hope we can finish the project off in the 12 months or so. Some photos below, big shoutout to Chris for this stage - outstanding work and a really pleasant guy.

I visited A1 about 3 weeks ago to get a quote for some laminate flooring. The showroom is well laid out with some good timer/laminate products on display. I supplied all my details including the amount of flooring I require and was told I'd receive a quote within a few days. Almost 3 weeks later and still nothing. It shouldn't be this difficult to get a quote for a simple flooring installation.

Extremely disappointed that we did not get to experience the 5 star service that others have enjoyed from A1 flooring. Our flooring repair job was booked in to commence on 10th June 2021. When this date came around we were told that the person who was going to do the job was on sick leave so the next time they could do it would be 26th August. This date rolled around and then we were told that someone was sick again. ANOTHER date was booked in - the 5th October. No one showed up at the agreed time, so I called Quentin to be told that the person due to do the job had called in sick that morning. The job was then booked in for the 4th time, the following week for the 15th October. Surprise surprise, I have just been informed (via email) that the person booked to do the job has quit and that they wouldnt be able to do our job until theyve found someone else to employ?! Very disappointed in the service from A1 Flooring. Would have much preferred honesty than being strung along for 5 months. Book on with caution, unless your job is valuable enough for the company to prioritise.
