My first experience with Geoff was over the phone - he was on holidays but received the referral online and rang within 24 hours. Efficient customer service, a rare find nowadays! The next experience was our face-to-face consult, at which Geoff immediately worked out my situation and provided useful financial (superannuation, investments, mortgage) and life advice. He even helped me get my will done! It was extremely easy to build a rapport with Geoff as he is friendly and professional - a key feature in any financial adviser! Geoff isn't just recommending you services and products that he has heard about or seen, he has tried and tested them himself and has the experience in the industry to work out what is best for you! Geoff at GAP financial has been incredibly thorough with us. As young business owners and home owners it's important to have a proper handle on your finances. I cant recommend GAP Financial highly enough. Geoff has been extremely helpful in all my financial issues, including my superannuation, inheritance and my will. Anyone who is having is facing retirement or redundancy needs a good financial adviser and I highly recommend GAP Financial. Dealing with Centrelink can be very overwhelming and scary, if you do not understand its many intricacies, and Geoff's knowledge of Centrelink is very beneficial. Geoff also gave me advise about my superannuation while I was working and arranged for sickness benefit to be included if I needed it. It is little things like that, that really helps. Thanks to Geoff,s advice, I now have been able to retire early.
