        I was come on 18th January to order safety glasses because my employer order it for me. Pick the frame and they said it will ready around 2-3 weeks, which is around mid of February. Already a month and they still not contact me, so i came to the store to ask about it and they said that we just put the order less than 2 weeks ago??? And i have to wait for another couple weeks. If there's a delay i understand. But they said i just order it less than 2 weeks ago? That's ridiculous! What are you guys doing for the first 2 weeks? Forget process it?

        I have been a customer of Specsavers for years had some DKNY frames that have snapped in the middle of the nose leas than18 months old still under warranty whatever that means they refused to acknowledge that the frames were faulty or weak Im very disappointed with their customer service I feel like I was flat out lied to and totally brushed off

        I had great experience in the Norwood store today when I went in for my contact lens training. Jesse was very helpful in showing me how to put my lens in and take them out, all the time reassuring me I was doing a good job. Micheal the optometrist was good in correcting the prescription so I had great vision. Thank you
